Outline:

- Basic History of Urdu Language & Poetry

- Delhi & Lucknow Poets (including Wali Deccani, Khwaja Mir Dard &Mirza Asadullah Khan Ghalib)

- Types of Poetry - اصناف ادب : Masnavi, Ghazal, Marsiya, Shehr e Ashob aur Nazm

Duration: Three Months - 12 Sessions

Mrs. Atia Fakhar Shirazi, a graduate of Punjab University, taught literature at her alma mater as adjunct faculty. She is now pursuing proficiency in farsi language & literature at Hastoneest.
