a practicing architect in Lahore, specializing in Islamic Architecture.
He holds an MA in South Asian Design & Architecture from De Montfort
University, Leicester, UK (1999). He studied Architecture at National College
of Arts, Lahore (1994).
He is also a Founding Member
of Hast-o-Neest Institute of Traditional Studies & Arts.

from Punjab University, Sahibzada Syed Uzair Abdullah belongs to a family
connected to the Qadiriyya Sufi Order and known for its scholarly and mystical
traditions. Syed Uzair has a special interest in and study of Sufic
Metaphysics, Kalam, Quranic Exegesis, the Science of Hadith, Arabic Language
& Poetry.
